David Slee is the proprietor of D.A.Slee & Co.
The company was started in 1978 servicing trucks, later to become service and parts agents for Volvo and Scania trucks. In addition to servicing trucks the company was in the farm machinery business and heavy truck towing.
In recent years the company has moved out of the farm machinery business, sold the heavy truck towing business and scaled back on the truck service business to concentrate on developing first the SLEECO Wheel Handler and then the SLEECO Air Disc Brake Handler.
Both tools are designed after many years of experience in servicing brakes and bearings the traditional way- the hard way.
The purpose of both tools is to slash wheel end service costs by making wheel end servicing faster, easier and safer.
The tools are designed from practical work shop experience and computeraided design. The tools are stress tested and examined by an independent structural engineer certifying the stated load capacities.
